Sago palms (Cycas revoluta) are evergreen, slow-growing tropical plants with long arching green palm-like fronds or branches. Sago palms have a thick shaggy or hairy looking trunk. Sago palms are not true palm trees, but rather a type of ornamental cycad. Easy-to-grow sago palms are also called king sago, cycad palm, sago cycad, or Japanese sago palm.

Redbud trees are beautiful small trees with striking pink or white spring flowers. Redbud trees have heart-shaped leaves, and dark maroon or brown seedpods. Redbuds look stunning in any season due to their colorful foliage and showy blooms. In summer redbud leaves are green and then become yellow, orange or red during autumn.

Hickory trees are large deciduous trees with dense foliage and a spreading canopy. Hickory trees have ridged, gray flakey bark, leaves with serrated edges, and egg-shaped nuts. Hickory trees grow to between 60 and 80 ft. (18 – 24 m) tall with a spread of up to 40 ft. (12 m).

Elm trees are a species of deciduous and semi-deciduous trees in the genus Ulmus. A common feature of most elm trees is their oval-shaped leaves with toothed edges, a pointed end, and visible veins.
